In which language will the emails be replied to?

Currently, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, UnionPay, and Visa are supported.
Can specify the delivery time of the goods?
As the logistics company does not provide delivery service at the specified time, we are unable to help you in this regard.
Which countries or regions are currently supported for shopping?
At present, we support delivery to the United States, South Korea, Canada, the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, the Philippines, Indonesia. Other regions are not yet open for the time being. We will actively make preparations and plans.
Can I change my receiving address after placing an order?
If you haven't received the "Shipment Confirmation" email yet, please send an email to goodsgoodsservice@bluepoch.com to contact us for modification. If your package has already been packed and dispatched by the logistics company, the receiving address cannot be modified. The specific situation shall be subject to the information provided by the actual logistics tracking number.
Before placing an order, please make sure that your receiving address is correct. If the address is not correct, we may not be able to deliver the goods, or even cause you to bear additional costs.
