If I have questions about the goods or orders, how to contact customer service?
Please send your inquiries to goodsgoodsservice@bluepoch.com, and we will respond to you via email upon receipt. The response will be in English.
What are the payment method?
As the logistics company does not provide delivery service at the specified time, we are unable to help you in this regard.
The Orders are processed within 90 days upon receiving the order confirmation. Notifications will be sent via email once your package has been shipped. For order details, please log in to the GOODS GOODS STORE and check.
Can specify the delivery time of the goods?
If you haven't received the "Shipment Confirmation" email yet, please send the following informations to goodsgoodsservice@bluepoch.com to contact us for modification.

If your package has already been packed and dispatched by the logistics company, the receiving address cannot be modified. The specific situation shall be subject to the information provided by the actual logistics tracking number.
Before placing an order, please make sure that your receiving address is correct. If the address is not correct, we may not be able to deliver the goods, or even cause you to bear additional costs.
Which countries or regions are currently supported for shopping?
At present, we support delivery to the United States, South Korea, Canada, the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, the Philippines, Indonesia. Other regions are not yet open for the time being. We will actively make preparations and plans.
Can I change my receiving address after placing an order?

Why my order cannot be shipped to the selected address?
The parcels have a weight limit of 0~2kg. If the weight of your shopping cart exceeds 2kg, a message will appear at checkout indicating that delivery is not supported.
To order items totaling more than 2kg, please split your items into multiple orders.
